A. Read the following sentences, the words in bold are called ‘frequency adverbs’

  1. Belly laughs never come through the nose.
  2. There is always a meaning to it.
  3. She found that the less authentic tones are often more nasal.
  4. Scott occasionally takes up the microphone herself at comedy nights in London.
  5. She tells me about an acquaintance who had frequently irritated her with a persistent, fluting, laugh.

 

B. Put the frequency adverbs in appropriate place and rewrite the following sentences.

  1. I forget to do my homework. (sometimes)
